Shelton, died Sunday, October
16, in Panorama City Convales-
cent Center in Lacey.
Mrs. Darland was born June
26,;1917 in Lewiston, Idaho.
She had worked for IBM-Pier
91 in Seattle and for the State of
Alaska Employment Security
Mrs. Darland later owned and
operated the Allyn Tavern in
Allyn and was a cook at the
Young Adult Conservation
Corps.
She is survived by her hus-
band, Ray Darland; a son,
Patrick Anshutz of Grey City,
Tennessee; and one grandson.
Graveside services were
Wednesday, October 19, at
Shelton Memorial Park Garden
Chapel with the Reverend Dan
McGrew officiating.
