Re: historic status of 777 Sinex 11
Dear Sally:
I have had conversations with both Mr. and Mrs. Griffiths who graciously allowed me to
photograph their home on Sinex and gave me information about its construction. Also I
have reviewed the information about this home and the use ofthe criteria for inclusion of
homes on the inventory with John Billstrom, Research Chairman of the Heritage Society.
With this information and after reviewing the staff report I feel that this home, although it
has been well cared for and is an attractive part of its neighborhood does not qualify for
inclusion on the inventory.
